I gave equal weight to how college ready the player is right now versus how high their ceiling will be if they develop well at the next level…

2024 QB Ryan Puglisi committed to Georgia on Sunday afternoon. Sources told DawgsCentral that the Massachusetts product blew away the Georgia staff when he threw for them this summer. His tape shows a prospect who can throw from different arm slots and has excellent mobility.
