Georgia got a convincing win over Florida on Saturday.  A game where the offense were good both running and passing the ball averaging 7.1 yards per play.  Georgia ran out to 28-3 lead on the heels of 7.4 average while holding Florida to 3.1 yards per play in the second half.  The game was in doubt only for short stretch in the third quarter after Florida cut it 28-20 with a 78 TD from Richardson to Henderson after an interception by Bennett.  The offense  responded with two scoring drives, one a 6 play 78 yards and another 8 play 49 yard stretching the lead to 42.

The defense was once again really good holding one of the best rushing offense in college to 4.2 per attempt and 28.2% success rate.  Tennessee held them to a 3.8 per rush average, but higher rush success rate of 39% while the Georgia allowed a 32% rush success rate yesterday.  While Florida covered the closing 23.5 point line, there was no doubt who the better team was Saturday. We will see if the CFP Committee sees Georgia as the best team in college on Tuesday.
