Todd Hartley remains one of the best recruiters in all of college football, and it's not up for debate. This time, Hartley brings in 4-star Ethan Barbour.

Barbour is a 6'3" and 235-pound tight-end for Alpharetta High School in Alpharetta, Georgia. He's rated as the #4 TE and the #179 overall player in the 2025 recruiting class. Prior to this season, he tallied 88 receptions for 1,056 yards and 14 touchdowns. So far in his junior season, he has 5 touchdowns, including a 4 touchdown game 2 weeks ago. Barbour is currently averaging over 20 yards per reception in his junior season. He also plays on the hardwood for his high school.

He chose the Bulldogs over Alabama, Auburn, Ohio State, and South Carolina. Georgia now has the #1 TE and the #4 TE committed in 25. 5-star tight-end Elyiss Williams committed to Georgia back in April of this year. He's rated as the 9th overall player in the country. Williams and Barbour have the chance to be one of the next great tight-end duos to come through the University of Georgia.

Barbour is the 7th commitment in Georgia's 2025 recruiting class. It's very early in the cycle, but the Bulldogs already hold the number one class in the cycle. UGA has 4 commits on offense and 3 on defense. Georgia is on pace to have another stellar class in 2025.
