The city of Athens, Georgia will be the center of the college football world, as ESPN annuonced Sunday that College GameDay will be back for the Dawgs' big matchup against Tennessee next weekend. This is a game that will feature (7-2) Georgia fighting for their college football playoff lives, while Tennessee (8-1) is looking to stay in the running to play for a SEC Championship. A victory for the Volunteers would certainly give them a more favorable path to the big game, while a loss from Georgia would all but guarantee  an elimination from the playoffs.

With one of the toughest schedules in the nation, Georgia has already been a part of College GameDay twice this season, traveling to Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Austin, Texas. Of course the Dawgs broke even in those two matchups. The last time the GameDay crew was in Athens was Georgia's 52-17 victory over Ole Miss last season.

Tennessee is coming off of a 33-14 victory over a Mississippi State team that Georgia defeated 41-31 earlier this season. Georgia is coming off of a 28-10 loss to Ole Miss. One of the main factors to keep an eye on is the upper body injury that took Tennessee starting quarterback Nico Iamaleava out for the second half of yesterday's game. Head coach Josh Huepel said in his post game press conference that he expects Iamaleava to play against the Bulldogs.

“We anticipate having him ready for next week,” Heupel said. “Precautionary measure at halftime. Feel like we’ll be ready to roll Saturday.”

Georgia will look to get healthy at multiple positions, mainly across the offensive line and at running back. The Bulldogs have won seven games in a row against the Volunteers and 12 out of the last 14 contests. Saturday's matchup will kickoff at 7:30 p.m. in Sanford Stadium.
